National Association of the Deaf's 58th Biennial Conference
Energy, leadership, and inspiring exchange of ideas
This year, the National Association of the Deaf (NAD) hosted its 58th Biennial Conference in San Francisco, bringing together more than 1,500 attendees from across the country to celebrate, learn, and advance the rights of individuals who are Deaf.
As SFDBA continues to expand its Deaf-centered services, we could not miss the opportunity to participate in this inspiring gathering in our home town. The conference was filled with opportunities to reconnect with longtime colleagues, build new partnerships, and attend workshops covering a wide range of topics impacting the Deaf community —from education, employment, and healthcare to accessibility, technology, and leadership.
The experience reinforced our commitment to advancing communication access and supporting a more inclusive society where individuals who are Deaf can thrive.
