The San Francisco Disability Business Alliance (SFDBA) provides training and assistance services for adults with disabilities seeking greater independence, employment success, community participation, and self-advocacy.
SFDBA provides also services to corporate and civic institutions working to advance accessibility and inclusion.

Individual Empowerment Services
SFDBA is uniquely equipped to serve individuals with diverse communication needs, including those who use American Sign Language (ASL), augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), verbal communication, or other unique communication modalities.
Adaptive Skills Training
Person-centered program to develop and strengthen practical life skills, including budgeting, time management, communication, transportation, executive functioning, and workplace readiness.
Job Coaching
Tailored job-readiness and soft-skills training to increase employment opportunities.
Entrepreneurship Exploration
Review and validate business ideas, financial planning, marketing strategies, and self-employment constraints and opportunities. Option for an personalized training or cohort training.
Entrepreneurship Mentoring
Guide with business planning, registration, licensing, loan applications, and launch campaign.
Business & Community Engagement Services
ASL Training
Three levels of ASL classes for groups and individuals. Online or in-person.
ASL Interpretation
On-site and remote interpretation services in American Sign Language.
Advocate and Speaker Engagement
Participation to event on disability advocacy, disability-owned business, entrepreneurship, accessibility, and related topics.
