Nory is the Founder of YoSoyCeviche, a cook perfecting Peruvian Fusion cuisine and an employer.

Her food truck navigates the city and can be found at major business locations during lunchtime on weekdays. On week-ends and during local events, you can also spot the YoSoCeviche pop-up tent when she is not catering for private events.
