“Born with a passion for food, I took a leap of faith and opened my doors in 2018 after completing my culinary training at CCSF. What began as a pop-up soon became my lifelong dream realized. After 3 years of experimenting and growing, I made the bold decision to embrace plant-based cooking, making Casa Borinqueña the first and only Puerto Rican plant-based restaurant in California.”
